Program Overview
By participating in Mybitstore's Customer Referral and Special Reward Program ('Program'), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This program is designed to reward our valued customers for introducing new users to our platform while providing additional incentives for active trading.

- Special Monday & Wednesday bonus rewards
- Instant reward deposits to your wallet
- Transferable rewards to external wallets
- Cash conversion via Mobile Money or Bank Transfer
Eligibility Requirements
For Referrers
- Must be an existing customer of Mybitstore
- Must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age
- Account must be in good standing
- Must comply with all Mybitstore terms and conditions
For Referred Customers
- Must be new customers to Mybitstore
- Must meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these terms
- Must complete account verification process
- Must not have previously held a Mybitstore account
Special Reward Program Schedule
Available Days: The special reward program is available every Monday and Wednesday.
How to Refer
Successful Referral Criteria
A referral is considered successful when the referred person actively trades on the Mybitstore platform.
Active Trading Definition
Active Trade Requirements: An active trade is defined as a customer who buys and sells crypto at least two to three times per week within a three-month period.
Referral Process
- Share your unique referral link with potential new users
- New user signs up using your referral link
- New user completes account verification
- New user begins active trading (2-3 trades per week)
- You start earning commissions on their trades
Special Reward Program
Monday & Wednesday Bonus
Bonus Points
Equivalent to $0.05
Eligibility: Customers who trade above $600 on Mondays and Wednesdays will receive a 100-point bonus.
Qualifying Actions
Qualifying Transaction Definition
A qualifying transaction is defined as a completed buy, sell, or trade order with a value of at least USD $2.

Reward Structure
Commission Structure
Commission Rate
On service fees of referral trades
Referrers will receive a 10% commission on the service fee of trades made by their referees.
Monthly Limits
Trade Limit: Each referrer can earn commissions on up to 20 trades per month from their referrals.
Reward Distribution
- Instant Processing: Rewards and commissions will be issued instantly
- Direct Deposit: Deposited directly into the referrer's Mybitstore wallet
- Transferable: Rewards are transferable to external wallets
- Cash Conversion: Can be converted into cash via Mobile Money (MoMo) or Bank Transfer
Program Limitations
Prohibited Activities
- Self-referrals are not permitted
- Creating multiple accounts to claim referral rewards
- Using fake or fraudulent information
- Manipulating the referral system
Fraud and Abuse Policy
Mybitstore reserves the right to void referrals and suspend accounts if a customer is found liable or suspected of any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program.
Prohibited Behaviors
- Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program
- Multiple Accounts: Self-referrals and creating multiple accounts to claim referral awards
- Spam Methods: Generating referrals through spam, fake accounts or any method that violates applicable laws
- System Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate or circumvent the referral system
Consequences
Penalty: Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the Program and potential account suspension.
Program Changes
Mybitstore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Effective Changes: Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Miscellaneous Terms
- Legal Compliance: This Program is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited
- Tax Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for any tax implications resulting from referral rewards
- Liability Release: By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Mybitstore from any liability related to the Program
