These terms and conditions regarding Mybitstore’s Referral program is to provide information on Mybitstore’s referral program that rewards based on commissionable transactions.
Acceptance
In order to first sign up to this Mybitstore referral program, you must first agree to our terms and conditions.
You may not use the referral service if you refuse to agree to these terms. You can accept the terms by using the service or by clicking on the agree button.
You may not use the service or agree to it if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Mybitstore or within a geographical location that does not permit you to use the service being provided by Mybitstore.
Who Can Sign Up
You must be legally adequate to be binding to our term of service.
You must not be prohibited from recieveing any of our service under applicable laws within your geographical location
You must not have been guilty of our violation policies
Terms regarding withdrawals and referals
You can withdraw any amount at anytime
Continual earnings from successive trades
The more your referral make commissionable transactions, the more earnings you make
Your earnings come from your first-tier referrals only.

The table illustrates earnings of first commissionable transactions on your first-tier referrals. The commission is recurring on all commissionable trades made by your referred friends, groups, audiences, etc.
P2P means peer-to-peer
B2C means business-to-customer
Termination
On becoming aware of any violation of the terms and policies stated above, Mybitstore reserves the sole right to terminate this agreement and take other measures that may come with termination.
The above agreement is subject to change at the discretion of Mybitstore Limited without prior notice to the user.
However, we will try out best to notify users on changes through email, text messages , in app notifications, blogs, webapp publications of any changes to the terms of our referral system.
